The legend of Whataburger has spread far beyond Texas. Whataburger has a larger-than-life presence within the Lone Star State. It’s a local burger chain that shines bright as being a point of pride in a region that’s also known for its Tex-Mex cuisine. Even first lady Melania Trump had to stop by Whataburger when she stopped at Texas in December.
However, as being a New York City dweller, I needed never visited Whataburger.com. Sure, I’ve tried almost every burger chain in the industry – Shake Shack, Five Guys, even just in-N-Out – but Whataburger had remained a mystery. So on a recent road trip that were only available in Dallas, I made the decision the time had come to discover what I was missing.
