The idea is that a greater level of cAMP in the body will result in a greater utilization of PKA, and ultimately an increased activation of HSL. The greater amount of HSL would induce a better about of fat burn.

Basically, the concept is Forskolin will result in a greater measure of the enzyme inside our body that burns fat. Which means this all sounds reasonable. But exactly how does Forskolin fare in studies? Are the results proven? Let’s answer that important question.

Scholarly Research on Fat Loss

Here is where things get interesting, or otherwise so interesting, because of the massive deficiency of research round the product.

With regards to I notice, there are actually only two studies around weight or weight loss using Forskolin supplementation. Both these studies are single trial, meaning that they were run 1 time.
