Before there was red lobster menu with price, there was Bill Darden, a man passionate about making delicious, high-quality seafood available and reasonable for everyone, including those who lived far from the coast. What was once a single, family-owned restaurant in Lakeland, Florida, has over 700 locations.
Traceable. Sustainable. Responsible. These are a lot more than just words on our menu – it’s our promise that each of the seafood we serve is sourced towards the highest standards. Because, as among the world’s largest seafood purchasers, we feel it’s our responsibility to safeguard and preserve our oceans and marine life for generations in the future.
Traceable – Traceable – all our seafood is 100% traceable to some known and trusted source
Sustainable – Sustainable – we only source from suppliers who follow industry best practices
Responsible – Responsible – we support and follow regulatory efforts that manage https://www.storeholidayhours.org/red-lobster-menu-prices/ and mandate our suppliers adhere to all applicable laws. Doing things the right way since 1968.
Red Lobster has been focused on seafood sustainability since we first opened our doors in 1968. As being a founding member of the Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA) in 1997, we helped establish guidelines for optimum practices and aquaculture certifications. We’re also proud to possess spent decades building personal relationships with suppliers who share our values.
Lobster fishing isn’t just a job. It’s a way of life in countless coastal communities…a tradition passed down from generation to generation. Red Lobster is proud to back up the women and men within these communities who fish responsibly to make sure there’s lobster to capture and enjoy for generations to come.
Maine Lobster is iconic, rather than just because it’s our logo. It will be the most sought-after lobster because of its large claws, sweet flavor and tender texture. Protecting this prized species is important to us. That’s why alfqwv support regulations that require responsible fishing practices.
We partner with suppliers who stick to the Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act – a federal act with mandated conservation measures for the waters where Maine Lobster is found. Our partners also follow regulations concerning trap limits and steer clear of using fishing methods that can harm the environment, like dragging for red lobster hours of operation.
On our menu, you’ll often find Snow and King crab. There are more varieties that can make a special appearance on our menu, if they’re deemed abundant to trap responsibly, like Bairdi and Dungeness. No matter what the species, every crab we serve is wild-caught using crab traps or “pots.”
